Slept in our queen size bed, Christine got restless and got up at the small hours to read. I was very concerned turned over and stretched out.

When I eventually woke at 06.30, I know - but old habits are hard to break, we decided that an early morning walk on the beach would be a good idea. Christine was happy to walk while I ran for approximately 1.5 miles. When I finished my run, Christine met me and we took up the obligatory position on our backs on the sand, listened to music on the MP3 and started the arduous work of something called relaxation. Needless to say, there wasn't another person to be seen. There we stayed for about an hour before making our way back to Villa Maris, together this time.

The rest of the day was pretty uneventful apart from relaxing.
